At FEMI, we want you to shop with confidence.

Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

• Customers may open the package and inspect the item before completing payment.
  
  
• Once the courier leaves, refunds are no longer available.
  
  
• Exchanges for a different size are possible, but the item must be handed back to the courier at the time of delivery.
  
  
• In case of a return, a fee of 95 EGP will be charged to the customer.
